Mung Bean Sprout Slaw

This is a Ayurvedic dish, which is a nature- based science of ancient Indian healing. This living dish has mung bean sprouts, raw carrot, cabbage, and a zesty ginger miso lemon vinaigrette, one of my house dressings.
